Program Name

Nexsen Scoreboard SMS Alerts, operated by Nexsen Terminal by Trading Bulls Inc. ("Nexsen Terminal", "we", "us", or "our").

Program Description

Nexsen Terminal sends authenticated subscribers SMS alerts when trades on the platform's Scoreboard trade desk are opened, closed, or updated. Each alert typically includes the trader handle, ticker symbol, position type (options or stock), contract or share details, entry or exit price, quantity, and strategy classification. This is a transactional notification program, not marketing.

Message Frequency

You will receive approximately 2–25 messages per week, depending on trade desk activity. Frequency varies based on market conditions and the number of active positions on the Scoreboard trade desk.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Nexsen Terminal does not charge a separate fee for SMS alerts, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send and receive. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt In

Subscribers opt in to Nexsen Scoreboard SMS Alerts exclusively through their authenticated account at nexsenterminal.com. To enroll:

1. Log into your Nexsen Terminal account.
2. Navigate to Settings → Notifications → SMS Alerts.
3. Enter your mobile phone number.
4. Check the required consent checkbox to confirm that you agree to receive recurring SMS trade alerts.
5. Click "Enable SMS Alerts" to save your preference.

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive a one-time confirmation message with STOP and HELP instructions. No third-party lead forms, purchased lists, or opt-in collection methods outside the authenticated platform are used.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of Nexsen Scoreboard SMS Alerts at any time. To opt out:

• Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any alert message, or
• Disable the SMS Alerts toggle in your account Settings → Notifications.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further alerts. To resubscribe, reply START or re-enable the toggle in your account settings.

Supported Carriers

Nexsen Scoreboard SMS Alerts are supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and may be affected by factors outside our control.

Privacy & Mobile Information

Mobile phone numbers collected for Nexsen Scoreboard SMS Alerts are used solely to deliver the SMS alerts you have explicitly opted into. No mobile information (including phone numbers) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing with subcontractors that directly support SMS delivery (specifically our SMS delivery provider, Twilio) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have requested. Eligibility

Nexsen Scoreboard SMS Alerts are available only to authenticated subscribers of the Nexsen Terminal platform who are located in the United States and who provide a valid U.S. mobile phone number at opt-in. Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age.

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SMS alerts program at any time. Material changes to the program will be communicated to subscribers via SMS or through their Nexsen Terminal account.
